A MAGA Republican's son has been cited for misdemeanor child abuse for the second time, a new report revealed.

Rep. Lauren Boebert's (R-CO) oldest son, Tyler, was cited for misdemeanor child abuse after the lawmaker's two-year-old grandchild wandered away from the family home in Windsor, Colorado, on Sunday, Windsor police told local news outlet 9News on Tuesday. Tyler Boebert was cited for a similar charge at the family home last July, according to the report.

When asked about the incident, Boebert told the outlet that she was "very frustrated" and that there is "no excuse" for the behavior.

"A kind woman quickly and safely secured him, and authorities were called as a precaution," Boebert added.
