5.7 earthquake strikes outside Tokyo

 An earthquake has struck outside Tokyo, shaking buildings in the city, Reuters is reporting.
The preliminary magnitude of the earthquake is 5.7 with an epicenter south of Tokyo, near Shizuoka, Japan's Meteorological Agency told the news agency.
