Bosnia's coach Sliskovic revokes resignation

Sarajevo- Bosnia-Herzegovina coach Blaz Sliskovic on Friday revoked the resignation he offered earlier this month following his side's 3-1 loss to Hungary in a Euro 2008 qualifying match. Sliskovic and national team director Ahmet Pasalic offered their resignations immediately after the group C qualifier played in the central Bosnian town of Zenica.

The executive board of Bosnia-Herzegovina's Football Association (NSBIH) rejected last week both Sliskovic's and Pasalic's resignations and called on them to continue in their posts.

Sliskovic has been Bosnia's national team coach since 2002, and renewed his contract with the team earlier this year, signing a deal until 2008.
