On Monday, MoveOn.org's political action committee will launch a nationwide ad campaign that compares recent revelations about the NSA secret wiretap program to Watergate. A massive ad buy on CNN is expected to give the spot special attention. (We know the ad is not sizing correctly. We're working to fix the problem.)
The ad features former President Nixon saying, "When the President does it, that means it's not illegal," and morphing into George W. Bush.

At the end of the ad is a call for a special prosecutor to investigate the wiretap program.
