As

BRAD BLOG exclusive, the "illegal-alien"
who worked with Clint Curtis at Yang Enterprises,
Inc. and is said to have included "wiretapping
routines" in software created for NASA,
the Florida Dept. of Transportation and
other contracts was arrested on charges
of attempting to export restricted items
to The People's Republic of China in March
of 2004.
Hai Lin Nee (a/k/a Henry Nee), in a plea
agreement in July 2004, where he stated
that "he had only sent parts out of
the country ten to twenty times" in
the last year, plead guilty to one of the
three counts, and was released with 3-years
supervised probation and a $100 fine.
