Senate votes to debate withdrawing from Iraq by March 2008
The Senate has voted 89-9 to debate a resolution proposed by Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) to withdraw most troops from Iraq by the end of March 2008.
Sixty votes were needed to defeat a filibuster.
