Bush: Future generations face cuts in Social Security, Medicare unless 'we act' now; New budget will 'eliminate the deficit by 2012'
 In his weekly radio address, President George Bush warned that "future generations" may face cuts in "entitlement programs" such as Medicare, Medicaid and Social Security unlesss "we act" now. The president also said that his new budget will "eliminate the deficit" in five years.
