Cafferty: Why won't Congress consider impeachment?
CNN's Jack Cafferty slammed Congress's refusal to consider 35 articles of impeachment against President Bush presented this week by Rep. Dennis Kucinich (D-OH).
The commentator said the legislature is abdicating its constitutional duty and placed the blame at the feet of the chamber's top Democrat.
