Fire officials in Charles City say at least 12 people have been injured during a Fourth of July fireworks display.rnrnCharles City Fire Department public information officer Eric Whipple says the accident occurred during the city's main display when ground level fireworks were exploding Friday night about 10:25 p.m. Whipple says two helicopters, one from Rochester, Minn., and another from Mason City, were flown to the scene to assist.
