GOP gives 30% cut to online fundraisers

Some of you may have noticed that I don't have any revenue generating advertising on this site. I am still a member of an ad network called Commission Junction that I use for other sites I manage though. I was there today and out of curiosity I ran a search and could not believe my eyes when I found this . . .

Can a political party openly solicit fundraising from Businesses and/or offer a "cut" for doing so? I know candidates are not allowed to receive or solicit money directly from businesses and I don't believe they are allowed to offer a commission or a "cut" for anyone assisting them with fundraising. I don't know the answers to these questions but I'm sure some sharp legal beagle out there does.
