Paula is a spokesperson for the most vile anti-union, worker abusing meat packing company in the entire country. The demise of the American middle class is directly tied to the weakening of labor unions. When unions are strong, even non-union workers prosper.

She's also a promoter. She could show us how to cook without mentioning brand names, but she chooses to name names. It makes her more money. She already involved, fiscally, so saying she's just a cook is a cope out.
