Will Ferrell, 'Mad Men' star team up to mock health insurance firms

"Mad Men" star Jon Hamm and comedy legend Will Ferrell are meeting on the silver screen.

Well, not exactly. But they appear alongside Olivia Wilde of "House," Thomas Lennon of "Reno 911," Robert Ben Garant of "Reno 911," Masi Oka of "Heroes," Jordana Spiro of "My Boys," Linda Cardellini of "ER" and Donald Faison of "Scrubs" in the latest MoveOn.org salvo against the private health insurance industry: an ad mocking the private insurance companies' CEOs.

Among the lines:

"If my kid falls off his bike and breaks his leg, he should pay for that out of his pocket, out of his allowance."

"If you spell something wrong, do you really deserve surgery? I don't think so."

" They need to make big profits so they can afford to give their employees health insurance. Believe me, that stuff ain't cheap."

"Join us in the fight to protect our insurance company profits. They've looked out for us for so long."

The clip follows.

I loved it! Talk about poking them right in the (well, you know). Yep, you are most right. Who are we to interfere with price fixing, profiteering, and failure to provide? Why next, we'll want to ensure that the Oil Business is being honest with us. Where will it stop??

Sorry Fran, your eyes aren't covered.

Our records indicate that you weren't wearing any protective, non-breakable glasses to shield your eyes from getting poked, at the time of your accident.

And since you did not foresee this accident, we are canceling the current payment for any medications you are taking because you could not predict the future.

Your claim has been denied and your policy with us has been Red-Flagged! We are sending this information to all Insurance Companies to make sure they don't insure you!

Oh, have a good day! :-)

Run this baby on Fox. They need an attitude adjustment, but I know it is a lost cause with them.

Watch out Mr. Pres., looks like you got some competition in the field of comedy entertainment!

    Seriously though. This was dumb.
