In the absence of my being there in New York City to stand with the 9/11 families, first responders and survivors, I offer the following statement in support of your goal of a new investigation into the attacks of September 11th and the NYC CAN campaign to place it on the ballot for November.
At the time of 9-11, I had been an FBI agent for over 20 years. My main responsibilities by then were teaching criminal procedure to FBI agents and other law enforcement officers, mostly about 4th Amendment search and seizure, 5th and 6th Amendment law of interrogation, right to attorney and constitutional protection of rights to “free speech”, due process, habeas corpus, and against cruel and unusual punishment. A week before 9-11, I and the rest of the FBI’s ethics instructors were mandated (as a result of an earlier public FBI scandal) to give a one hour PowerPoint presentation, a form of remedial training on “law enforcement ethics” which I accomplished in a fairly perfunctory way, just reading the slides.
After 9-11, with the knowledge I had of the bitter internal dispute inside the FBI that was being hushed up but had kept some of our better agents from possibly uncovering more of the 9-11 plot before it happened, I couldn’t forget two of the slides in that Law Enforcement ethics curriculum: “DO NOT: Puff, Shade, Tailor, Firm up, Stretch, Massage, or Tidy up statements of fact.” And “Misplaced Loyalties: As employees of the FBI, we must be aware that our highest loyalty is to the United States Constitution. We should never sacrifice the truth in order to obtain a desired result (e.g. conviction of a defendant) or to avoid personal or institutional embarrassment.”
The official dissembling and excuse-making about the true causes and prior mistakes that gave rise to and allowed the terrorist attacks to happen, almost immediately ushered in the Bush-Cheney Administration’s egregious and lawless, post 9-11 “war on terror” agenda which bore no connection to the original causes and no connection to the goal of reducing terrorism and making the world safer. When I got a chance, about 8 ½ months after 9-11 to tell what I knew, I did so and my disclosures led to further investigation by the Department of Justice Inspector General and figured in the 9-11 Commission Report.
But it was way too late for this emerging bit of truth that has continued to leak out in dribs and drabs to have any impact. The laws themselves, especially the criminal procedure ones rooted in the Constitution that I had spent my career teaching to law enforcement, have largely gone up in smoke. Having seen the cost of remaining silent, I publicly warned, a few months after my first memo, against launching the pre-emptive invasion of Iraq. But false agendas had already filled the vacuum created by lack of truth. And we are still dealing with the disastrous consequences of these unjustified, pre-emptive wars.
Let me therefore simply repeat the request I made to the Senate Judiciary Committee in June 2002: “Foremost, we owe it to the public, especially the victims of terrorism, to be completely honest. I can only imagine what these crime and terrorism victims continue to go through. They deserve nothing but the complete, unfettered truth.”
Therefore, I fully support the 9/11 families, first responders, survivors and over 60,000 other New Yorkers who have endorsed a new 9/11 investigation in New York City as advanced by ballot referendum this coming November election.

It has been learned that the National Security “Q” Group,
responsible for security, has grown to an immense security
and counter-intelligence force, with an estimated one
thousand government employees, contractors, and paid
informants. NSA’s Security force is reportedly primarily
tasked with plugging any leaks of classified or other
information that points to U.S. government’s involvement
with the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001.
NSA Security has doggedly pursued a number of NSA
employees, some in “sting” operations, others in frequent
polygraphs and repeated security interviews where threats
are made by thuggish NSA security agents with and without
the presence of FBI agents, and others in constant
surveillance operations at their homes, churches, and other
locations away from the Fort Meade, Maryland,
headquarters of the agency.
The most egregious NSA Security operation against an
NSA employee was the 2004 arrest of NSA analyst Ken
Ford, Jr. Ford became a target of opportunity for NSA
Security and the FBI after Vice President Dick Cheney
noted his name on an NSA signals intelligence report on
Saddam Hussein’s government that stated that there was
no proof from interceptions of Iraqi communications that
Saddam Hussein possessed “weapons of mass
destruction.”
Cheney and other neocons in the Bush White House
arranged for a “sting” operation to be mounted as
retribution against Ford. Ford was charged with taking
classified papers home from NSA headquarters, something
that is quite impossible considering the stringent security in
place at one of the most-secured complexes in the world.
Ford was convicted by a tainted jury and sentenced to
seven years in federal prison. Ford, who is African-
American, originally had an African-American federal trial
judge. However, the judge was replaced by a pro-Iraq war
Jewish U.S. judge, Peter Messitte, who set out to ensure a
guilty conviction of Ford in cahoots with Jewish U.S.
Attorney for Maryland Rod Rosenstein, and Jewish
Assistant U.S. Attorney for Southern Maryland David
Salem, both Bush appointees. Nothing was done by the
judge or prosecutors to dismiss from the jury a contractor
whose company had major contracts with NSA. The trio of
Messitte, Rosenstein, and Salem have also “rocketdocketed”
a number of cases, resulting in slam-dunk
convictions, against Arab- and Iranian-Americans in the
southern district of Maryland.
NSA’s Security chief is Kemp Ensor III. Ensor has built up
what amounts to a massive law enforcement and
intelligence agency in Maryland that operates as a virtual
independent operation that answers to no one. Maryland’s
congressional delegation has shown little interest in
oversight over the security operation.
In fact, WMR has learned that many NSA employees,
aware of the political and other misuse of their agency by
the Bush-Cheney administration, avidly backed Barack
Obama for president hoping that the past era when NSA
complied with the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act
(FISA) and the Fourth Amendment of the Constitution
would be restored. However, many NSA employees are
bitterly disappointed that Obama has done nothing to curtail
not only the widespread surveillance of the communications
of law-abiding Americans but the constant “Stasi-like”
harassment and surveillance conducted by Ensor’s team of
agents and confidential informants.
WMR has also learned that NSA Security has been
authorized to work directly with Washington area local
police department intelligence divisions to carry out its
surveillance of not only NSA employees and contractors,
but journalists who report on the activities of NSA. Two
police departments mentioned in this respect are the
Alexandria, Virginia, and Anne Arundel County, Maryland,
sheriff departments.
One senior level NSA official recently found himself sitting
in front of NSA Security questioners asking why he gave
his NSA business cards to some students at a university. It
turns out the official was trying to recruit students for NSA
employment. When the official asked why there was a
problem in his handing out his business cards, the answer
by NSA Security was that some of them, all American
citizens, had “Russian last names.”
Even former NSA employees and contractors are being
subjected to continual NSA Security surveillance and
harassment at their work places and other locations,
according to WMR’s sources. Some have lost their jobs as
a result of pressure from NSA Security.
WMR has in the past reported on NSA surveillance of
journalists. On December 28, 2005, we reported: “WMR
has learned that the National Security Agency (NSA), on
the orders of the Bush administration, eavesdropped on the
private conversations and e-mail of its own employees,
employees of other U.S. intelligence agencies – including
the CIA and DIA – and their contacts in the media,
Congress, and oversight agencies and offices. The
journalist surveillance program, code named
‘FIRSTFRUITS,’ was part of a Director of Central
Intelligence (DCI) program that was maintained at least
until October 2004 and was authorized by then-DCI Porter
Goss. FIRSTFRUITS was authorized as part of a DCI
‘Countering Denial and Deception’ program responsible to
an entity known as the Foreign Denial and Deception
Committee (FDDC). Since the intelligence community’s
reorganization, the DCI has been replaced by the Director
of National Intelligence headed by John Negroponte and
his deputy, former NSA director Gen. Michael Hayden.”
Since the revelation of the NSA journalist monitoring
database, which later added communications intercepts of
journalists’ phone calls, emails, and faxes to its database,
NSA Security has, according to information received by
WMR, conducted physical surveillance of journalists it
deems to be threats to the operations of the agency. The
top targeted journalists, who make up a virtual “rogues’
gallery” at NSA Security, complete with photographs and
other personal information, are: former Baltimore Sun and
current Wall Street Journal reporter Siobhan Gorman,
Washington Times reporter Bill Gertz, former Baltimore Sun
and current New York Times reporter Scott Shane,
Baltimore Sun reporter Phil McGowan, author James
Bamford, New York Times reporters James Risen and Eric
Lichtblau, and this editor, Wayne Madsen.
In addition to the aforementioned, FIRSTFRUITS also
contained the names of former Washington Post reporter
Vernon Loeb, New Yorker journalist Seymour Hersh, and
UPI’s John C. K. Daly.
Ironically, NSA Security allegedly has its own connections
in the news media. A Washington Times source revealed
NSA Security running amok to plug leaks about 9/11 | Pakistan Daily
that the paper’s writer of the “Inside the Beltway” column,
John McCaslin, has a relative inside NSA Security – Robert
McCaslin, the chief of NSA Security counter-intelligence
and the chief “sting” agent against Ford. Robert McCaslin,
according to the Times source, is the brother of the paper’s
columnist.
NSA Security is also able to utilize the agency’s most
sophisticated electronic surveillance systems to monitor the
activities of journalists. The cell phones of journalists are
routinely used as listening devices, even when turned off.
And what was considered a sure-fire method of avoiding
having a cell phone used as a transmitter, removing the
batteries in what has become known as “batteries out”
conversations, is no longer safe. Even when the batteries
are removed, the global positioning system (GPS) chip in
cell phones continues to have enough residual power that
two to three pings from satellites can give away a person’s
location and what other uniquely identifiable cell phones
are at the same location.
The bottom line is that a number of NSA personnel who
were on duty in the months leading up to 9/11, the day of
the attacks, and subsequent weeks and months, are aware
of undeniable facts that point to a massive cover-up by the
Bush-Cheney administration of the circumstances
surrounding 9/11, including what actually befell United
Airlines flight 93 and who was issuing direct military orders
from the White House.
The Obama administration, rather than lessen the pressure
on the NSA personnel, has turned up the heat and is
resorting to even more draconian methods to ensure
silence. The word from inside NSA is that a state of fear
exists and the mission of the agency, to conduct
surveillance of foreign communications to provide threat
indications and warnings to U.S. troops and policy makers
and protect sensitive U.S. government communications
from unauthorized eavesdropping is suffering as a result.

The more this issue drags out, the less it is about physics and the more it becomes about psychology. Human behavior is complex and often, illogical.
Anyone who still chooses to believe the Bush/Obama version of 911 is trying very hard to avoid reality. There is so much proof and factual evidence which destroys the Bush fairy tale that only fear of looking at it prevents Americans from concluding that the current story is BS.

Proposal for an Independent Commission to Investigate the Collapse of Three World Trade Center Buildings on 9/11/01.
1. INTRODUCTION:
To date, there remains controversy concerning the cause of collapse of the three World Trade Center buildings on 9/11/01. Although a congressional commission investigated and produced a report with conclusions on the subject, these conclusions are not widely accepted by many engineers and scientists skilled in the art of civil/structural/mechanical engineering and physics.
These skeptics feel that during the original investigation, much of the available evidence was not scrutinized by qualified individuals; that critical, results-changing evidence was withheld due to security concerns; and that the conclusions were politically-driven and therefore not scientifically accurate.
2. PURPOSE:
The purpose of the commission is to conduct a thorough, comprehensive scientific investigation culminating in a report that answers the following question: Which hypothesis, #1 or #2, is more probable, and what are the relative probabilities.
Hypothesis #1: The three buildings collapsed due to the reasons put forth in the original 911 commission report. That is, Buildings 1 and 2 collapsed due to the impact of airplanes and subsequent thermal damage imparted to the structure, and Building 7 collapsed due to flaming debris and other incidental damage.
Hypothesis #2: The three buildings collapsed due to pre-planted, controlled demolition.
3. SCOPE:
The commission shall be concerned solely with the cause of collapse of the three World Trade Center Buildings: 1, 2 and 7. No evidence shall be withheld from the investigative team for any reason, including national security.
All evidence requested by the investigative team shall be made available to the team expeditiously, completely non-redacted and non-obfuscated. The latter points shall be as determined by the majority of the investigative team and shall constitute reason for extension of the report deadline.
The Team Leader shall be free to address the public at any time and free to state to the public the degree of cooperation that the team is receiving from government officials.
4. INVESTIGATIVE TEAM:
An investigative team shall be selected by a Team Leader who is personally appointed by the US Attorney General. All Team Leader nominees must be previously approved by the majority of members of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE). The ASCE may reconsider their approval of the Team Leader after the investigative team is picked. The Team Leader and all team members shall be granted temporary top-secret security clearances. The investigative team shall be composed of degreed, well-qualified and experienced individuals of the following disciplines:
a. 3 Civil Engineers with experience in high-rise steel beam building construction.
b. 3 Structural Engineers with experience in high-rise steel beam building construction
c. 3 Mechanical Engineers with experience in steel beam construction and dynamic modeling of building structures.
d. 2 Metallurgists experienced with steel beam materials and processing.
e. 2 PhD Physicists with general expertise in Newtonian mechanics.
f. 2 PhD Chemists with experience in explosive materials.
5. REPORT:
A complete report shall be submitted to congress within 16 months of project initiation. At the same time the report is submitted to congress, a public version of the report with secret information redacted as determined by the Attorney General but agreed to by the Team Leader as well as the majority of the investigative team, but with all conclusions clearly stated, shall be released on an open government website.
In the event that the Attorney General and the Team Leader cannot agree as to the content of redacted information, then the Team Leader shall publicly state his reasons for disagreement and whether the conclusions of the report are in any way unsubstantiated by the redaction.
6. CHALLENGES TO RESULTS:
For a period of 3 months after publication of the report, public challenges to the results of the investigation shall be received by the investigative team. Public challenges shall be addressed by the investigative team in a rational and objective manner. Monthly updates of the status of report challenges shall be posted on the investigation website.
7. CONCLUSIONS:
12 months after publication of the report (9 months after close of challenges), an addendum to the report shall be published that addresses the challenges. No surprises should exist in this addendum, as any significant information will have been conveyed in the monthly updates.
It is possible that the conclusions of the original report may change based on the results of these challenges. At the end of the 28 month timeline, or before that time, decisions may be made to initiate other governmental action related to the report as necessary based on the information contained in the report to date.

I also want to thank Coleen Rowley. It takes courage to go against a very powerful group. There's an astounding amount of evidence, that 9/11 was an inside job. We knew they needed a Pearl Harbour-Like event to get the support of the people. It wasn't a co-incidence that there were fake drills happening on that very day. Let's be serious. According to polls, it appears that more Americans believe something nefarious happened as opposed to not believing this. I have worked with explosives on and off all my life, it's my family's trade. I can't tell you about the politics, or the dancing Israelis but there is one fact I will stake my life on. The twin towers were brought down by controlled demolition, (explosives). Not only that, it was one of the finest examples of the trade that has ever been accomplished. Whoever did the work were the finest powder men that ever lived. It is the Mona Lisa of building demolition. Just consider the degree of difficulty of bringing down a 100+ story building into its own footprint, a nearly impossible task, and then add the tens of thousands of innocent lives that would be lost should a charge not fire or a column hang up and the whole thing tip over into the adjoining neighborhood. Oh, it's murder for sure, but these people were and are sure that they will never be charged, and they won't. Just the fact that the steel was cut into 30' pieces, to make the haul off to China go at a record pace, shows the degree and professionalism in this demolition.

The CIA and FBI HQ had the names of three of the al Qaeda terrorists for over 21 months, Khalid al-Mihdhar, Nawaf al-Hazmi, and Salem al-Hazmi and deliberately hid this information from the FBI Cole bombing investigators, even after Walid Bin Attash, known to be one of the masterminds of the Cole bombing was identified on January 4, 2001 in a photograph taken at the Kuala Lumpur al Qaeda planning meeting. This was the same meeting attended by al-Mihdhar and al-Hazmi, actually planning the Cole bombing with Attash. The CIA thought that when Bin Attash was identified at the very meeting where the planning for the Cole bombing took place that they, the CIA, were now culpable in this attack and mounted a huge criminal conspiracy to keep all of this information hidden from the FBI criminal Cole bombing investigators.
This criminal conspiracy ultimately included the CIA Bin Laden unit, with Clark Shannon, and Tom Wilshire, the Yemen CIA station, the Thailand CIA station, the handler for the joint FBI/CIA source, virtually the entire hierarchy of the CIA including Richard B, head of the Bin Laden unit, Cofer Black head of the CIA CTC section, John Gannon, CIA Operations, and George Tenet Director of the CIA, and groups at FBI HQ including the Bin Laden unit with FBI IOS Agent Dina Corsi, her boss Rod Middleton, the RFU with Michael Maltbie and David Frasca, and even the Director of the FBI, Louis Freeh. It is impossible to believe that Michael Rolince head of the ITOS unit was not also involved since both the RFU and UBL units were in his ITOS section and reported directly to him.
The CIA and FBI HQ kept this information secret from the FBI Cole bombing investigators even after August 22, 2001, when the CIA and FBI HQ Agents, Wilshire and Corsi, found out that both Mihdhar and Hazmi were inside of the US, and knew they were here in order to take part in horrific al Qaeda terrorist attack that would kill thousands of Americans. The CIA and the FBI HQ agents working with the CIA even knew their actions to block FBI Agent Steve Bongardt and his team from investigating from starting a search for Mihdhar and Hazmi, would likely result in the deaths thousands of Americans who were to perish in these attacks.

The Moussaoui trial and evidence was delayed to May of 2006, so that the explosive nature of the evidence that was to be part of the Moussaoui trial would not become part of the 9/11 Commission hearings or evidence.
The most explosive of these is the DE #949 the "Substitution for the Testimony of John", aka Tom Wilshire who was the CIA man in the middle of the massive criminal conspiracy to hide from the FBI criminal investigators on the Cole bombing, any information on the al Qaeda planning meeting that took place in January 2000 in Kuala Lumpur. This was where both the planning of the Cole bombing took place along with then planning for the attacks on the WTC towers.

That Wilshire knew Khalid al-Mihdhar and by association Nawaf al-Hazmi were going to take part in the next big al Qaeda operation. See his email on July 23, 2001, back to his CIA CTC managers. In his email on July 5, 2001 he had already indicated that the people at the Kuala Lumpur meeting were connected to the massive numbers of warnings of a huge al Qaeda attack that the CIA and FBI HQ had been receiving since April 2001, see the DOJ IG report.
That Wilshire and FBI IOS HQ Agent Dina Corsi, at the FBI Bin Laden unit, were told on August 22, 2001, that both Mihdhar and Hazmi were inside of the USA, preparing to take part in the massive al Qaeda attack he, the CIA, Corsi, and others at the FBI Bin Laden unit, were already aware of.
That Wilshire had actually twice requested permission from his CTC managers, in July 2001, to send the information on the Kuala Lumpur meetings and the people who were there, to the FBI Cole bombing investigators, but was denied both times. His managers would have been Richard B, Chief of the Bin Laden unit, Cofer Black head the CIA CTC unit and his boss, George Tenet, Director of the CIA. This is the very information that would have prevented that attacks on 9/11 and the very group at the FBI that had the resources to actually have prevented these attacks.

This note is to advise you of recent threat reporting deemed significant and urgent by the US Intelligence Community
The US government has received information indicating that serious operational planning had been underway since late 2000 with an intended culmination in late Spring 2001. These plans are being undertaken by Suni extremists with links to Ibn al Khattab, an extremist leader in Chechnya and to Usama bin Laden.
Multiple sources also suggest that UBL's organization is planning a terrorist attack against US interests.
The UBL unit, (with FBI Supervisor Rod Middleton and FBI IOS agent Dina Corsi), is preparing an EC for all field offices and Legats."
This threat reporting went to Michael Rolince, who was over the ITOS with the RFU and UBL units, and to Rod Middleton of the UBL unit, among others.
Rolince was over the RFU's Maltbie and Frasca. So why did Frasca and Maltbie refuse to allow FBI Agent Harry Samit even the chance to request a FISA search warrant when Samit had clearly linked Moussaoui to Khattab and this FBI threat assessment had linked Khattab to Bin Laden?
The burden of proof for getting a FISA search warrant was to have probable cause that the target was part of a terrorist organization, which Samit had clearly done when he linked Moussaoui to Khattab.
It is clear Rolince knew Khattab was already a Suni terrorist linked to Bin Laden and had not only received a warning of this threat but had also had his own UBL unit issue an EC to report that threat throughout the FBI in April 2001. But Maltbie and Frasca claimed that Samit just did not have enough proof that Khattab’s organization was a “recognized” terrorist organization, in spite of the April 2001 FBI threat assessment, directly linking Khattab to Bin Laden, a threat assessment, which was kept secret from Samit and his team of investigators.
This threat assessment was released before CIA deputy chief of the Bin Laden unit at the CIA, Tom Wilshire, had been moved over to be liaison to Michael Rolince at the ITOS. It appears Wilshire had been moved to the FBI ITOS unit, the FBI unit responsible for all criminal investigations in the world, to ensure that CIA information on the Kuala Lumpur al Qaeda planning meeting was kept secret from the FBI criminal investigators on the Cole bombing. see "Prior Knowledge of 9/11", http://www.eventson911.com
But since Wilshire ultimately worked with FBI IOS Agent Dina Corsi to shut down FBI Agent Steve Bongardt’s investigation of Mihdhar and Hazmi, when both he and Corsi knew Mihdhar and Hazmi were found inside of the US preparing to take part in an al Qaeda attack that would kill thousands of Americans, it would appear that this had to be also part of the CIA plan when Wilshire was moved to the FBI. Not only to hide the information on the Kuala Lumpur al Qaeda planning meeting from the FBI criminal investigators on the Cole bombing, but also to shut down their investigation of Mihdhar if they somehow ever developed enough information that would have allowed them to start a FBI criminal investigation of Mihdhar.
After August 22, 2001, when Wilshire and FBI IOS Agent Dina Corsi knew that Mihdhar and Hazmi were inside of the US in order to take part in a massive al Qaeda attack that would kill thousands of Americans and were taking part in a massive criminal conspiracy to hide this information from the FBI Cole investigators, Wilshire was in email contact with Maltbie. see "Substitution for the Testimony of John", aka Tom Wilshire, entered into the Moussaoui trial, on March 11, 2006.
Wilshire finds out from email communication with Maltbie, that others in the FBI were sabotaging Samit’s investigation of Moussaoui at the very same time he is sabotaging Bongardt's investigation of Mihdhar and Hazmi. So it would appear that part of his CIA assignment when he was moved over to the FBI, was not only to insure that the CIA information on the Kuala Lumpur al Qaeda planning meeting had been kept secret, but to closely monitor any and all FBI criminal investigations of any al Qaeda terrorists found inside of the US, to make insure that none of these investigations developed to the point that would disrupt the al Qaeda attacks that were about to take place on 9/11.
The email between Wilshire and Maltbie was on August 24, 2001, so at this point in time Wilshire not only knows that both Mihdhar and Hazmi are inside of the US in order to take part in a horrific al Qaeda attack, but also knows Moussaoui had been arrested after the FBI in Minneapolis thought he was an terrorist trying to learn how to fly a 747 in order to hijack a large airliner and fly it into the WTC Towers.
He has all of the information needed to stop the attacks on 9/11 on August 24, 2001, but for some unexplained reason just somehow fails to alert anyone at the FBI criminal investigating units or even in the US government to the threat of these horrific al Qaeda attacks. When FBI Agent Gillespie, who was working at the CIA Bin Laden unit, and is the agent that had found Mihdhar and Hazmi inside of the US, has the Bin Laden unit issue a worldwide alert for Mihdhar and Hazmi of August 23, 2001, the entire CIA management was also aware of the same information Wilshire had.
Could this explain CIA Director George Tenet's urgent trip to Crawford for a 6 hour meeting with the President on August 24, 2001, and explain why he clearly lied at the April 14, 2004 9/11 Public hearings when he said he had not talked to the President in August 2001?
And these actions by Wilshire just somehow have been never explained by either the FBI HQ, the CIA or even the 9/11 Commission.
Samit was not able to even get a search warrant request approved from Maltbie or Frasca until after the attack on the Pentagon. When he asked Frasca after the attack of the World Trade Center Towers, he was told the fact they had arrested Moussaoui and the attacks on the WTC towers were nothing more than just a simple coincidence, and this could not be used as evidence to get a search warrant for Moussaoui's possessions.
After the Pentagon was attacked and Samit got a search warrant he immediately found the receipt from Ramzi Bin al-Sheibh for $14,000 sent to Moussaoui, traced this back to Hamburg, Germany, and the fact Bin al Sheibh had been room-mates with Mohammed Atta, Mawin al-Shiehi, and Ziad Jarrah, three of the 9/11 pilots. He also quickly found the phone number for the al Qaeda pay-master in the UAE from al-Sheibh’s phone records and traced calls from this phone number in the UAE in a few days to almost all of the terrorists who took part in the attacks on 9/11.
Yet the DOJ IG report says the fact that Maltbie and Frasca did not allow Samit to even request a search warrant was really not all that significant because there was no information in Moussaoui's duffel bag that could have unraveled the plot, a fact disputed by Samit and Zebley at Moussaoui's trial.
At the trial of Zacharias Moussaoui Samit called Maltbie and Frasca out and out criminals, for blocking his investigation that could have prevented the al Qaeda terrorists from murdering 3000 people on 9/11. But after the trial, the FBI said Michael Maltbie and David Frasca would have no comment on this. The FBI said that the FBI itself would have no comment on this.
Just what are the American people expected to think about this?
It is impossible to believe that when Maltbie and Frasca shut down Samit's investigation of Moussaoui, when both knew a huge al Qaeda attack was in the works because of the FBI treat sent to Rolince in April 2001, that they did not also know that thousands of Americans were going to perish in these attacks as a direct result of their actions to block Samit's investigation of Zacharias Moussaoui?

In 2000 the American government decided that it could not rely on the diplomatic process nor could it rely on its corporate allies to secure these strategic energy reserves.

These plans are being undertaken by Suni extremists with links to Ibn al Khattab, an extremist leader in Chechnya and to Usama bin Laden.
Multiple sources also suggest that UBL's organization is planning a terrorist attack against US interests.

This threat reporting went to Michael Rolince, who was over the ITOS with the RFU and UBL units, and to Rod Middleton of the UBL unit, among others.
Rolince was over the RFU's Maltbie and Frasca. So why did Frasca and Maltbie refuse to allow FBI Agent Harry Samit even the chance to request a FISA search warrant when Samit had clearly linked Moussaoui to Khattab and this FBI threat assessment had linked Khattab to Bin Laden?
The burden of proof for getting a FISA search warrant was to have probable cause that the target was part of a terrorist organization, which Samit had clearly done when he linked Moussaoui to Khattab.
It is clear Rolince knew Khattab was already a Suni terrorist linked to Bin Laden and had not only received a warning of this threat but had also had his own UBL unit issue an EC to report that threat throughout the FBI in April 2001. But Maltbie and Frasca claimed that Samit just did not have enough proof that Khattab’s organization was a “recognized” terrorist organization, in spite of the April 2001 FBI threat assessment, directly linking Khattab to Bin Laden, a threat assessment, which was kept secret from Samit and his team of investigators.
This threat assessment was released before CIA deputy chief of the Bin Laden unit at the CIA, Tom Wilshire, had been moved over to be liaison to Michael Rolince at the ITOS. Not only to hide the information on the Kuala Lumpur al Qaeda planning meeting from the FBI criminal investigators on the Cole bombing, but also to shut down their investigation of Mihdhar if they somehow ever developed enough information that would have allowed them to start a FBI criminal investigation of Mihdhar.
After August 22, 2001, when Wilshire and FBI IOS Agent Dina Corsi knew that Mihdhar and Hazmi were inside of the US in order to take part in a massive al Qaeda attack that would kill thousands of Americans and were taking part in a massive criminal conspiracy to hide this information from the FBI Cole investigators, Wilshire was in email contact with Maltbie. see "Substitution for the Testimony of John", aka Tom Wilshire, entered into the Moussaoui trial, on March 11, 2006.
Wilshire finds out from email communication with Maltbie, that others in the FBI were sabotaging Samit’s investigation of Moussaoui at the very same time he is sabotaging Bongardt's investigation of Mihdhar and Hazmi. So it would appear that part of his CIA assignment when he was moved over to the FBI, was not only to insure that the CIA information on the Kuala Lumpur al Qaeda planning meeting had been kept secret, but to closely monitor any and all FBI criminal investigations of any al Qaeda terrorists found inside of the US, to make insure that none of these investigations developed to the point that would disrupt the al Qaeda attacks that were about to take place on 9/11.
The email between Wilshire and Maltbie was on August 24, 2001, so at this point in time Wilshire not only knows that both Mihdhar and Hazmi are inside of the US in order to take part in a horrific al Qaeda attack, but also knows Moussaoui had been arrested after the FBI in Minneapolis thought he was an terrorist trying to learn how to fly a 747 in order to hijack a large airliner and fly it into the WTC Towers.
He has all of the information needed to stop the attacks on 9/11 on August 24, 2001, but for some unexplained reason just somehow fails to alert anyone at the FBI criminal investigating units or even in the US government to the threat of these horrific al Qaeda attacks. When FBI Agent Gillespie, who was working at the CIA Bin Laden unit, and is the agent that had found both Mihdhar and Hazmi inside of the US, has the Bin Laden unit issue a worldwide alert for Mihdhar and Hazmi of August 23, 2001, the entire CIA management is aware of the same information Wilshire is.
Could this explain CIA Director George Tenet's urgent trip to Crawford for a 6 hour meeting with the President on August 24, 2001, and explain why he clearly lied at the April 14, 2004 9/11 Public hearings when he said he had not talked to the President in August 2001?
And these actions by Wilshire just somehow have been never explained by either the FBI HQ, the CIA or even the 9/11 Commission.
Samit was not able to even get a search warrant request approved from Maltbie or Frasca until after the attack on the Pentagon. When he asked Frasca after the attack of the World Trade Center Towers, he was told the fact they had arrested Moussaoui and the attacks on the WTC towers were nothing more than just a simple coincidence, and this could not be used as evidence to get a search warrant for Moussaoui's possessions.
After the Pentagon was attacked and Samit got a search warrant he immediately found the receipt from Ramzi Bin al-Sheibh for $14,000 sent to Moussaoui, traced this back to Hamburg, Germany, and the fact Bin al Sheibh had been room-mates with Mohammed Atta, Mawin al-Shiehi, and Ziad Jarrah, three of the 9/11 pilots. He also quickly found the phone number for the al Qaeda pay-master in the UAE from al-Sheibh’s phone records and traced calls from this phone number in the UAE in a few days to almost all of the terrorists who took part in the attacks on 9/11.
Yet the DOJ IG report says the fact that Maltbie and Frasca did not allow Samit to even request a search warrant was really not all that significant because there was no information in Moussaoui's duffel bag that could have unraveled the plot, a fact disputed by Samit and Zebley at Moussaoui's trial.
At the trial of Zacharias Moussaoui Samit called Maltbie and Frasca out and out criminals, for allowing the al Qaeda terrorists to murder 3000 people on 9/11. I completely support a new 9/11 investigation. This is not going away until we get some answers. There are just enough free-minded independent people out here who will keep pushing until we get something done about the monumental discrepancies between the "official" report and what actually happened. One of the areas, for instance, that the 9-11 Commission bravely waded into and in hindsight rather remarkably, was to debunk the notion that Iraq's Saddam Hussein was behind the 9-11 attacks. Most of the more well read and educated people in the U.S. will now say that's a no-brainer but they forget that when the 9-11 Commission put forth those findings, Bush-Cheney-Rove propaganda had misled 76% of the population to believe that Saddam was behind 9-11 as one of their main justifications to launch war on that country! I think that investigation and truth-seeking is always a question of establishing facts by utilizing (while always scrutinizing) sound theories, by maintaining an open mind but also by building upon the consensus that is already established. The WTC buildings fell at "freefall speed" or approx. 6.5 seconds from top to bottom within their own footprint. To claim the "pancake effect" defies the laws of physics. Why? Because the "pancake effect" means each floor would have met resistance from each successive floor beneath and as a result, it would have taken much longer for the buildings to completely collapse as they did on 9/11. Also, the "pancake effect" would not have completely pulvarized these buildings, turning them into mostly dust and leaving a huge crater deep within the ground.
Also, scientists have found evidence of large amounts of nanothermite in the dust particles at ground zero, which means these buildings were blown to smithereens, not brought down by an airliner. Who knows, maybe the fire from the jet fuel provided the ignition that set off the nanothermite.
Also, how do you explain the collapse of WTC 7 several hours later.? This building was not hit by an airplane or enough debris to cause it too to collapse within seconds at freefall speed.

The paper trial could be found, in fact, right in the daily briefing papers of FBI Director Louis Freeh for January 4, 2000. This listed the passport of Khalid al Mihdhar, his full name, and the fact that he was traveling to Kuala Lumpur with other long time al Qaeda terrorists named Nawaf, and Salem, thought to be Nawaf's younger brother to take part in an important al Qaeda planning meeting. It turns out this is where both the planning for the Cole bombing and the planning for the attacks on 9/11 took place.
It turns out Freeh had been given this information by the NSA in December 1999, and again by the CIA in January 2000, see page 181 the 9/11 Commission report and pages 238-239 of the DOJ IG report.
But when the lead investigator on the Cole bombing, FBI Special Agent Ali Soufan, asked FBI Director Freeh in November 2000, to make an official request to the CIA and George Tenet to find out if the CIA had any information on any al Qaeda planning meeting in Kuala Lumpur in January 2000, or on Walid Bin Attash, thought to be the mastermind of the Cole bombing, Soufan was told that the CIA had none of this information.
FBI Director Louis Freeh had criminally obstructed his own FBI criminal investigation into the Cole bombing and the deaths of 17 US sailors in order to hide the information that came out of the Kuala Lumpur meetings from the FBI criminal investigators on the Cole bombing.
Mueller said; "In short, the terrorists managed to exploit loopholes and vulnerabilities in our systems, to stay out of sight, and not let anyone know what they were up to beyond a very closed circle."

It is refreshing to see that people are beginning to understand that WE will need to dismantle the empire in order to save the REPUBLIC. The crime and criminality run so deep it can only be removed by extreme measures. This will not be an easy or short undertaking, but it is the only way and the cost in money and lives will be enormous.
Somebody needs to bring a case to court and establish an official record, like Jim Garrison did with the trial of Clay Shaw.
There are many possibilities.
There's for example that Olsen guy who's wife supposedly called him while she was on one of the planes flying towards the World Trade Center; and yet it appears telephone company records prove that he lied.
There's probably a lawsuit in there for Larry Silverstein. Or maybe just an insurance case.

WAS THE 9/11 COMMISSION A COMPLETE FRAUD?
The 9/11 Commission stated as one of their most important conclusions that:
"We could not understand why the CIA had never connected Khalid al-Mihdhar and Nawaf al-Hazmi to the warnings of a massive al Qaeda attack the CIA and FBI HQ were both aware of".
But the information on the US government web site for the Moussaoui trial, http://www.vaed.uscourts.gov/notablecases/... the Substitution for the Testimony of John, aka Tom Wilshire, shows that Wilshire knew Khalid al-Mihdhar and by association Nawaf al-Hazmi were going to take part in the next big al Qaeda operation in July 2001, see his email on July 23, 2001, back to his CIA CTC managers, in the “Substitution for the testimony of John”, aka Tom Wilshire on the Moussaoui trial web site, or at http://www.eventson911.com.
In his earlier email back to his CIA CTC managers on July 5, 2001 he had already indicated that the people at the Kuala Lumpur meeting were connected to the massive warnings of a huge al Qaeda attack that the CIA and FBI HQ had been receiving since April 2001, see the DOJ IG report.
But this email from Wilshire on July 23, 2001 and July 5, 2001 would have rendered th9/11 Commission conclusion inaccurate. The testimony of FBI Agent Dina Corsi to the DOJ IG investigators in the DOJ IG report, shows that FBI HQ agents working with the CIA intentionally shut down the criminal investigation of Mihdhar by FBI Agent Bongardt even when they knew this would block the only FBI criminal investigation of Mihdhar and Hazmi that could have prevented the upcoming al Qaeda attacks that took place on 9/11, attacks both the CIA and FBI HQ knew would result in the deaths of thousands of Americans.
Had this information been brought out at the 9/11 Commission hearings, it would have caused a big uproar when the American people found out the our own intelligence agencies had intentionally allowed the attacks on 9/11 to take place.
This information shows that when our own intelligence agencies knew that Mihdhar and Hazmi were inside of the US they also knew they were in the US in order to take part in a massive al Qaeda attack, but not only did they kept this a secret but then they shut down the only FBI criminal investigation, the FBI Cole bombing investigation by FBI Agent Steve Bongardt, that could have allowed these FBI field agents from preventing the attacks on 9/11.
We now also know that some of the same people that shut down the Mihdhar investigation were also in email contact with FBI HQ managers who were shutting down FBI Agent Harry Samit’s investigation of Moussaoui.
The conclusion that the 9/11 Commission reached that the CIA and FBI were not criminally involved in allowing the attacks on 9/11 was a conclusion the 9/11 Commission was chartered to make since it appears that their primary job was to cover up the criminal actions at both the CIA and FBI HQ. It was therefore necessary that this evidence be withheld until long after the 9/11 Commission had reached their final conclusions.
Since the 9/11 Commission had subpoena power and had access to all of the DOJ IG reports that now make up the “Substitution of John” and all of the other interviews, emails and other evidence items that are now part of the record of the Moussaoui trial, it is clear that the 9/11 Commission report reached conclusions that were contrary to the very evidence they were already aware of.
Proposal for an Independent Commission to Investigate the Collapse of Three World Trade Center Buildings on 9/11/01.
1. INTRODUCTION:
To date, there remains controversy concerning the cause of collapse of the three World Trade Center buildings on 9/11/01. Although a congressional commission investigated and produced a report with conclusions on the subject, these conclusions are not widely accepted by many engineers and scientists skilled in the art of civil/structural/mechanical engineering and physics.
These skeptics feel that during the original investigation, much of the available evidence was not scrutinized by qualified individuals; that critical, results-changing evidence was withheld due to security concerns; and that the conclusions were politically-driven and therefore not scientifically accurate.
2. PURPOSE:
The purpose of the commission is to conduct a thorough, comprehensive scientific investigation culminating in a report that answers the following question: Which hypothesis, #1 or #2, is more probable, and what are the relative probabilities.
Hypothesis #1: The three buildings collapsed due to the reasons put forth in the original 911 commission report. That is, Buildings 1 and 2 collapsed due to the impact of airplanes and subsequent thermal damage imparted to the structure, and Building 7 collapsed due to flaming debris and other incidental damage.
Hypothesis #2: The three buildings collapsed due to pre-planted, controlled demolition.
3. SCOPE:
The commission shall be concerned solely with the cause of collapse of the three World Trade Center Buildings: 1, 2 and 7. No evidence shall be withheld from the investigative team for any reason, including national security.
All evidence requested by the investigative team shall be made available to the team expeditiously, completely non-redacted and non-obfuscated. The latter points shall be as determined by the majority of the investigative team and shall constitute reason for extension of the report deadline.
The Team Leader shall be free to address the public at any time and free to state to the public the degree of cooperation that the team is receiving from government officials.
4. INVESTIGATIVE TEAM:
An investigative team shall be selected by a Team Leader who is personally appointed by the US Attorney General. All Team Leader nominees must be previously approved by the majority of members of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE). The ASCE may reconsider their approval of the Team Leader after the investigative team is picked. The Team Leader and all team members shall be granted temporary top-secret security clearances. The investigative team shall be composed of degreed, well-qualified and experienced individuals of the following disciplines:
a. 3 Civil Engineers with experience in high-rise steel beam building construction.
b. 3 Structural Engineers with experience in high-rise steel beam building construction
c. 3 Mechanical Engineers with experience in steel beam construction and dynamic modeling of building structures.
d. 2 Metallurgists experienced with steel beam materials and processing.
e. 2 PhD Physicists with general expertise in Newtonian mechanics.
f. 2 PhD Chemists with experience in explosive materials.
5. REPORT:
A complete report shall be submitted to congress within 16 months of project initiation. At the same time the report is submitted to congress, a public version of the report with secret information redacted as determined by the Attorney General but agreed to by the Team Leader as well as the majority of the investigative team, but with all conclusions clearly stated, shall be released on an open government website.
In the event that the Attorney General and the Team Leader cannot agree as to the content of redacted information, then the Team Leader shall publicly state his reasons for disagreement and whether the conclusions of the report are in any way unsubstantiated by the redaction.
6. CHALLENGES TO RESULTS:
For a period of 3 months after publication of the report, public challenges to the results of the investigation shall be received by the investigative team. Public challenges shall be addressed by the investigative team in a rational and objective manner. Monthly updates of the status of report challenges shall be posted on the investigation website.
CONCLUSIONS:
12 months after publication of the report (9 months after close of challenges), an addendum to the report shall be published that addresses the challenges. No surprises should exist in this addendum, as any significant information will have been conveyed in the monthly updates.
It is possible that the conclusions of the original report may change based on the results of these challenges. At the end of the 28 month timeline, or before that time, decisions may be made to initiate other governmental action related to the report as necessary based on the information contained in the report to date.

You can add all the new information coming out about former FBI Director Louis Freeh's huge mistakes in the investigation of the Khobar Bombing (which preceded the Cole bombing). listen, advocacy of another investigation is fine. I don't have a problem with that. What I do have a problem with is 'extreme, incomprehensible naivete' on the part of Ms. Rowley about 'who' did this and 'why' and the information she had to have come into contact as they did everything in their power to stop her from getting this out in the open before it actually happened.
that's what I have the problem with. I'm fine with Colleen wanting the investigation, and I actually laud that, but you know what? We're now several years down the road, with tons of information that has become known by thorough, hard work and really tough investigation. For Colleen to try to intimate to me that she still believes any of the 'original' bullshit story about Bin Laden and the 19 superhuman box cutter carrying master pilots (who're mostly still alive and breathing) is an 'absurdity' because she is an intelligent and no doubt very thoughtful and bright person with exceptional skills in reasoning.
So I'm going to have to cry 'foul' here, because we're now more than 8 full years after this took place, and so many people from her FBI are still putting out the total utter bullshit story that this was a terrorist plot by jihadists. It wasn't.
It was an 'inside job' by the U.S. Government and Israeli MOSSAD, with a lot of NORAD help. And the Central Intelligence Agency clearly was involved in the creation of the 'bullshit cover story' for it, and hence, they're also part of the suspect list.

Thanks for replying to my post of this blog, and good to talk with you again.
By the way just to let other people know, I had contacted Coleen on the phone at her Minneapolis FBI field office several times from 2002-2004 after her famous letter to Robert Mueller and the New York times, in 2002, and told her I had accidentally uncovered almost all of the details on the 9/11 attack on a flight out to New York on February 2001 including the date of the attack within one week of the actual date when it occurred. After giving a number of the 9/11 Commissioners on April 13-14, 2004 a 150 page dossier of summaries of numerous sit down FBI interviews I had, and the Joint Inquiry phone interviews from their investigators and managers and getting many questions from the Commissioners, I visited Minneapolis in July 2004 and had a sit down interview with Coleen and her boss FBI Supervising Special Agent Joseph Rivers at the FBI Minneaplois field office.
This meeting was on how I had figured out almost all of the details of the attacks on 9/11 February 2001 on a flight out to New York from just reading the material the terrorists had actually written down. It turns out this was not that hard, the hard part was trying to figure what to do with this information after I had it.
I thought that FBI Agent Rivers teeth were going to fall out when under oath I told him and Coleen that I was so sure my analysis was right that after I flew out to Boston on September 8th, I went through Logan airport looking for the al Qaeda terrorists. I excepted to find them surveying the airport check points, to see how they could get the 4-inch knives I thought they would be using as weapons through airport security. When I did not see them I assumed, as least for a few hours, that might have moved the date of their attack out a few weeks. The next day on September 9th, 2001 I had originally planned to go back out to Logan airport, but decided that the terrorists would never be at the security check points on a Sunday for fear it would give them a wrong picture of the security arraignments. Unfortunately unbeknownst to me Mohammed Atta was out at the American Airlines security check point on September 9, 2001 for 7 hours on Sunday, and I would have for sure spotted him if I had gone back out to Logan Airport, but in retrospect how was I to know this at that time.
To return to the original subject I was going to ask you about, I still cannot believe when Laurence Wright described FBI Agent Ali Soufan's request to FBI Director Freeh in November 2000, asking Freeh if he would make an official request to the CIA for any information on an al Qaeda planning meeting in Kuala Lumpur or on Walid Bin Attash and was told that there was no information at the CIA on this, and then the 9/11 Commission report on page 181, and the DOJ IG report on 238-239 says that Freeh had been given this information, why no one else has picked up on this? This makes no sense!
Just the article that Wright had published in the New Yorker on July 17, 2006 with this information should have reached millions of people. And hadn’t any of these people or our main stream media people also read the 9/11 Commission report or the DOJ IG report, this doesn't make any sense that no one else knew that he had intentionally withheld critical information from the FBI Cole bombing investigators, the very information in fact that could have prevented the attacks on 9/11
And why has the main stream media not done anything to expose this huge criminal conspiracy that first withheld information on the Kuala Lumpur al Qaeda planning meeting from the FBI criminal investigators on the Cole bombing and then shut down their investigation of Mihdhar and Hazmi when these terrorists were discovered inside of the US, when the information on the Moussaoui web site shows that these people knew that Mihdhar and Hazmi were inside of the US only in order to take part in a massive al Qaeda terrorist attack, the attack that took place on 9/11? See “Substitution for the Testimony of John”, aka Tom Wilshire, in his July 23, 2001 email back to his CIA CTC managers.

You can go over the prosecution exhibits, but the defense exhibits will leave you stunned. In another post to this blog I will go over just two items on the web site that prove that FBI agents at FBI HQ intentionally and knowingly sabotaged their own FBI field investigation by the FBI Cole bombing investigators on Mihdhar and Hazmi. It is impossible to believe that they did not know that this would likely result in the deaths of thousands of Americans.
Again Coleen thank you for your reply and for talking with me in July 2004. In spite of you, and the FBI and the Joint Inquiry investigators saying that the attacks on 9/11 were not my fault, it was very hard to get over feeling that it had been my fault for not going to the FBI with the information I had prior to 9/11.
You and the other FBI field agents that desperately tried to stop the attacks on 9/11 are real heroes in my book, and even today not many Americans know the full extent of the intense criticism you faced by exposing the story on “no FBI warnings” in 2002.

IRON CLAD PROOF THE FBI INTENTIONALLY SABOTAGED THEIR OWN INVESTIGATION OF MIHDHAR AND HAZMI!
It is now clear that after August 22, 2001 both CIA officer Tom Wilshire and FBI IOS Agent Dina Corsi participated in several criminal actions to shut down FBI Agent Steve Bongardt's investigation of Mihdhar and Hazmi, even beyond not giving Bongardt the information that the CIA was hiding the photograph of Bin Attash taken at the Kuala Lumpur al Qaeda meeting with Mihdhar and Hazmi actually planning the Cole bombing. In fact Bongardt only found out about the fact that both Mihdhar and Hazmi were inside of the US when a FBI supervisor at the New York office, John Liguori, accidentally send Corsi's EC to him on August 28, 2001.
In DE #681, found on the Moussaoui court official web site at http://www.vaed.uscourts.gov/notablecases/moussaoui/exhibits/
email on August 29, 2001, from Dina Corsi to John Liguori (the FBI manager at the New York FBI field office who had directed Corsi's EC to Bongardt), Dina Corsi says:
”There is material in the EC from which has not been approved and which is not cleared for criminal investigators (meaning the FBI Cole bombing investigators on the Cole bombing). Steve and Rod, (this is Rod Middleton, her boss) and I spoke with him (Steve Bongardt) and tried to explain why this case had to stay on the intel side of the house.”
Unfortunately DE #448, on the same web site, is the actual NSA release that Dina Corsi received from the NSA, and shows that this release had already been approved on August 27, 2001, and sent to Corsi on August 28, 2001. This release clearly said that the NSA information on the Kuala Lumpur meeting and the names Khalid al-Mihdhar and Nawaf al-Hazmi who were attending this important al Qaeda planning meeting, was cleared by the NSA on August 27, 2001 to be sent to "the FBI criminal investigators on the Cole bombing in New York".
When Corsi tells Liguori that this information had not yet been approved and is not cleared for criminal investigators, when it had been approved two days before she had contacted him, it is clear she is lying in an attempt to shut down FBI Agent Steve Bongardt's investigation of Mihdhar and Hazmi.
When Bongardt asked Corsi to get a ruling from the NSLU, on August 28, 2001, to see if he could take part in the investigation of Mihdhar, since he knew Mihdhar and Hazmi were inside of the US to take part in a horrific al Qaeda attack that would kill many Americans, Corsi told him on August 29, 2001 after she consulted NSLU attorneys, that the NSLU had ruled he could not be part of any investigation and search for Mihdhar.
FBI Agent Bongardt could not see any connection to any FISA warrant when the NSA had obtained this information, he was sure that the NSA and NSLU would readily approve this information going to him and his team.
But FBI Agent Bongardt was right. From page 538, footnote 81 in the 9/11 Commission’s own report we learn that Corsi had fabricated Attorney Sherry Sabol’s ruling, and that Sabol had ruled that Bongardt could be part of any investigation of Mihdhar since the NSA information was not connected to any FISA warrant.
Sabol even told Corsi that if she, (Corsi) was still confused she could go to the NSA, and get a release herself unaware that Corsi had already gotten this release the previous day. Since Corsi had kept even this release secret from the NSLU attorney Sherry Sabol, it is clear that she is deliberately keeping secret from others in the FBI HQ her nefarious actions in shutting down Bongardt’s investigation of Mihdhar and Hazmi.
Unfortunately her actions to shut down the only FBI criminal investigation of Mihdhar and Hazmi lead to the deaths of almost 3000 people on 9/11.

Don't hold your breath. It will not happen. There will be no new investigation. It would be too much work, they say. Or a distraction, they say. We have a country with no conscience. From what I remember while the attack was going on, two of Bin Ladens relatives were with George Bush Sr. at a meeting with the Carlyle Group. And they were allowed to leave the country before anyone could question them. And that is just the tip of an iceberg. And President Bush's uncle was head of security for the twin towers. That was reported once and then never again. And Rudi Guliani as mayor, had the important emergency center put in a very inconvenient place for such a possible threat. Remember the lack of working communication for the fire and police? And the lack of protective facial equipment to protect the first line rescuers breathing? And these are some of the after the fact problems.
There are a host of others. The slowness of the military to get planes off the ground. The months of ignoring the possible attack. Even though President Clinton had a massive report given to Bush when he left office. In fact the teams from Clinton and Bush were supposed to get together for the transition and talk about this very thing. And Bush's team never showed up. And Bush hated Clinton and the report regarding terrorism was shelved and never saw daylight. Clinton told him it would be the most pressing thing for his presidency.
If there is ever an investigation, it will be a token one. Just running the clock out and hoping we will not notice how little they do or what little is accomplished.

Former Italian President and the man who revealed the existence of Operation Gladio, Francesco Cossiga, has gone public on 9/11, telling Italy's most respected newspaper that the attacks were run by the CIA and Mossad and that this was common knowledge amongst global intelligence agencies.
Cossiga was elected President of Italian Senate in July 1983 before being winning a landslide 1985 election to become President of the country in 1985.
Cossiga gained respect from opposition parties as one of a rare breed - an honest politician - and led the country for seven years until April 1992.
Cossiga's tendency to be outspoken upset the Italian political establishment and he was forced to resign after revealing the existence of, and his part in setting up, Operation Gladio - a rogue intelligence network under NATO auspices that carried out bombings across Europe in the 60's, 70's and 80's.
Gladio's specialty was to carry out what they coined "false flag operations," terror attacks that were blamed on their domestic and geopolitical opposition.
Cossiga's revelations contributed to an Italian parliamentary investigation of Gladio in 2000, during which evidence was unearthed that the attacks were being overseen by the U.S. intelligence apparatus.
In March 2001, Gladio agent Vincenzo Vinciguerra stated, in sworn testimony, "You had to attack civilians, the people, women, children, innocent people, unknown people far removed from any political game. The reason was quite simple: to force ... the public to turn to the state to ask for greater security."
Cossiga's new revelations appeared last week in Italy's oldest and most widely read newspaper, Corriere della Sera. Below appears a rough translation.
"[Bin Laden supposedly confessed] to the Qaeda September [attack] to the two towers in New York [claiming to be] the author of the attack of the 11, while all the [intelligence services] of America and Europe ... now know well that the disastrous attack has been planned and realized from the CIA American and the Mossad with the aid of the Zionist world in order to put under accusation the Arabic Countries and in order to induce the western powers to take part ... in Iraq [and] Afghanistan."
Cossiga first expressed his doubts about 9/11 in 2001, and is quoted in Webster Tarpley's book as stating that "The mastermind of the attack must have been a "sophisticated mind, provided with ample means not only to recruit fanatic kamikazes, but also highly specialized personnel. I add one thing: it could not be accomplished without infiltrations in the radar and flight security personnel."
Coming from a widely respected former head of state, Cossiga's assertion that the 9/11 attacks were an inside job and that this is common knowledge amongst global intelligence agencies is highly unlikely to be mentioned by any establishment media outlets, because like the hundreds of other sober ex-government, military, air force professionals, allied to hundreds more professors and intellectuals - he can't be sidelined as a crackpot conspiracy theorist.
The question I would like answered is fairly simple: Were the actions of the Bush Administration before 9-11 an indication of gross incompetence, or evidence that they had fore-knowledge of the event. Those in the FBI should have knowledge pertaining to this question.
My hope is that now that Bush & Cheney are out of office, the true events of 9-11 will be properly and honestly documented.

The state of affairs as you may know is much different than what most believe and many of the facts are out to prove it. However, there are numerous issues blocking a progressive move to surface what's needed as you know. What these are and where they are coming from, in part, plays into what I want to talk to you about.
Last, there is an important reason why I'm connecting with you Coleen that will be understood once we connect. There is only so much I can say over this type of communication venue.

WHAT GEORGE TENET TOLD THE 9/11 COMMISSION:
We now know that at the exact same time Tenet and Black on July 13, 2001, and July 23, 2001, had forbidden CIA Bin Laden Deputy Chief Tom Wilshire from giving the information on the Kuala Lumpur January 2000 al Qaeda planning meeting to the FBI Cole bombing criminal investigators, the very information that would have prevented the attacks on 9/11, they were having an urgent meeting in the White House with Rice and Clark, on July 10, 2001, and with Ashcroft and Rumsfeld, on July 17, 2001, describing a huge al Qaeda attack just about to take place inside of the US that would kill thousands of Americans.
So why did they forbid this information from going to the FBI criminal investigators when this was the very information that could have prevented the al Qaeda attacks that they were warning people in the White House about?
We also know from Tenet's testimony to the 9/11 Commission on April 14, 2004 that Tenet was hiding his meetings in August 2001 with the President of the United States from the American public.
At this hearing Tim Roemer asked the question: "If you, (George Tenet), knew that the al Qaeda terrorists were about to mount a huge attack inside of the US that would kill thousands of Americans why did he not tell the President about this in August?"
Tenet answered that he was in Washington DC and the President was in Crawford Texas, and that is why he had not told the President. NOW THAT'S A HELL OF AN ANSWER!
Then Roemer asked why did he not pick up the telephone and call the President and give him this horrific information. After all, if the Director of the CIA had information on an al Qaeda attack inside of the US that would kill thousands of Americans, it would only seem logical that he would contact George Bush, the President of the United States at his earliest opportunity, and let him also know right away about this horrific terrorist attack, in order to save all of these people from being killed in these attacks.
This only seems logical!
And if there were ever a real ticking time bomb scenario, this had to be it.
But Tenet said he had not called the President in August to give him this information, and could not go beyond this as an explanation. George Tenet, Director of the CIA simply could offer up no possible explanation at all on why he had not called the President of the United States and given him this information.
And main stream media seemed unusually uncurious about any of this, none of this testimony on why 3000 were killed on 9/11 made it into the main stream newspapers for some unknown reason.
But Bill Harlow, the CIA spokesman came out after Tenet’s testimony and said Tenet had just misspoken numerous times. “Misspoken numerous times” is CIA speak for lied. He said that Tenet had flown down to Crawford on August 17, and has seen the President in Washington on August 31, and six more times in September before the attacks on 9/11. But Tenet in his own book said he had been in Crawford in a meeting with the President in late August.
And we now also know from the White House web site, that George Tenet had also flown down to Crawford and had a meeting with the President on August 24, 2001. This is after Tenet learned on August 23, that Moussaoui had been arrested after the FBI thought he was a terrorist learning to fly a 747, and also after he learned on August 23 that Mihdhar and Hazmi were inside of the US in order to take part in a massive al Qaeda attack that would kill thousands of Americans.
So what did George Tenet Director of the CIA, who had all of this horrific information tell the President of the United States of America at these meetings?
It seems that after 7 1/2 year that we still do not know. But we do know he was willing to lie to all of the American people and to the 9/11 Commission, committing a major crime of perjury, in order to hide these meetings with the President from the American people. We also know after his testimony, which was broadcast to the world, that the White House for some unknown reason, did not call up the 9/11 Commission or George Tenet to correct the record, when both the President and Condoleezza Rice would have been at the meeting with CIA Director George Tenet and would have known he had deliberately lied to the 9/11 Commission and the American people.
But isn’t all of this what psychologists call "consciousness of guilt", something one only does if they have committed a crime and are aware that they have committed a crime !

New York's weather does vary day to day, even in September. So, would the terrorists have scrubbed the mission or was there some way to insure the planes would squarely hit the buildings, no matter what the visibilty? A new investigation could answer that question.

They did not have enough training to use the on board computer navigation system, and used dead reckoning instead to find their targets. The fact that they followed the Hudson down to New York City is further evidence of this. If they had any overcast or heavy clouds anywhere along their route that day, they would have had to scrub their mission and reschedule for another day.

They did not know the World Trade Center towers would come down. In fact they thought that in fact they would not collapse, but instead thought their attacks would just destroy 4-5 floors of these towers and kill the people just on these floors, which they estimated to be about 1500 people. Bin Laden said in taped conversation that the attacks on the World Trade Center Towers succeeded beyond his expectation.
Why did they not know these buildings would collapse. Because they had never been down to look at these buildings at night. From any photograph of these buildings in the day light these building appear to be tall towers made out of steel, with a box like steel structure with steel columns placed horizontally throughout the building at 15 -20 foot intervals, like any other tall building.
But at night you can look right through these buildings and can see they are almost hollow, with a central core and outside columns holding this building up. The dead giveaway that this building would collapse with any collision with a large aircraft loaded with jet fuel was the height of the dark areas between the floors. There would have been for each 12 foot floor a 8 1/2 light area and a 4 1/2 foot dark area. The dark area had to be concealing the height of the floor trusses which must have been 3 feet in height making it impossible to make them out of concert or a single piece of steel like many highway trusses.
Instead they would have seen that these trusses would have been forced to be made out of a material like wire rope, a 1 to 1 18th inch thick steel rod, that is bent into 30-45 degree angels and is welded to steel plates at the top and the bottom to make a very light weight steel truss. They would have seen that there was no way that this light weight truss could have supported the 6,000 tons of the floor weight particularly when these trusses on one side were 70 feet in length, when these trusses were exposed to the massive fires due to the fuel on a large aircraft, which would ignite all of the flammable material on these floors.
The vertical failure of the outside columns was due to the vertical failure of the wire rope in the horizontal trusses which caused these trusses to first sag then pull in the outside columns until the outside columns collapsed. I have a hard time believing that building designers were not aware of this, a scenario that would have been obvious if they done any simulations using a plane full of fuel.
And if they did not adequately simulate this, why did the city of New York allow these buildings to be built at all. Did they not check the simulations that should have been done to anticipate a collision with a large aircraft loaded with fuel, to insure the safety of the people that were going to work in these towers.
This makes no sense. As was clearly shown on 9/11, these towers were just death traps just waiting for a collision with a large aircraft to bring them down.
Tragically it appears that the city of New York just did not adequately consider the safety of the people who ultimately had to work in these towers?
Those terrorists had no way of knowing that Cheney was on to their plot, and was going to help them along.

Sorry but the Architects and Engineers for 9-11 Truth (Richard Gage's group) and David Ray Griffin's book Debunking 9-11 Debunking have shown me enough proof that the WTC steel frame buildings could not have catastrophically collapsed the way the 'official story' would have us believe, by first being hit by planes and second being weakened by fire. The fires could not have reached the temperatures needed to bring the buildings down. Period.

Later I observed that there were no aircraft.....but the new blue beam technology at work......planes would not fly THROUGH the towers....but not only did they bue there were no aircraft parts.
