This is such a bunch of crap. Nobody that disliked Cheney before likes him now. What I wish Obama's people would do is put this nonsense to rest. They should have military leaders or anyone who's ever served in combat, or been anywhere around torture, out there saying what a load of crap this is. And they should start every sentence with..."Well, anyone who's actually served...."

Yeah, and CNN just said that America is split on whether America should continue the war in Iraq, and rather than focus on the war, what are we focusing on? Dick Cheney?

Where were these upstanding people in the 60's, 70's, 80's and 90's when Americans were torturing? How about the people we continue to murder each day? How is Dick Cheney more of an issue than that? Why are Americans enraged about the torture of a few individuals, day after day after day and when a bunch of civilians get murdered, they hardly get a mention.

Americans really aren't all that great of a people. An unfocused nation of flakes.

Yup, television sells. Get your lies and crap up there on the TV and you can sell anything to the zombie masses. Chia pets, Snuggies and torture. It's all a matter of selling it the right way. Cheney, in his disgusting way, is a pretty good speech giver. He has perfected the art of letting the lies roll off his tongue and having them sound like solid facts. Every time a listen to him I just can't believe what I'm hearing and, at the same time, I know Joe and Jane Plumber are going eat it up. It's simply painful to watch.
