I've never been a fan of Martha although anyone should be impressed with her business acumen and staying power. Gave you the benefit of the doubt and hoped you would recover from the embarrassment, humiliation and costly mistake you made. You served your time and came out smelling not like a rose, but less like a outhouse the media portrayed you as after the event. I heard about the comments you made about Rachel Ray and although I can’t handle her and don’t watch her much, I thought you were pretty arrogant and possibly a little envious of her quick rise to fame. I think she has taught a lot of people basics of cooking and she has some great tips for the average cook. I wish she’d drop the EVOO statement and maybe I’d watch her more. I suggest you be a little less critical of your competitors as it will bite you in the backside every time. I thought Rachel Ray’s comeback was quite clever and humble. Maybe you should take a lesson from her.
Now I have just heard you have made statements about Sarah Palin referencing her as boring and that she would be a dangerous person to have in office. First of all have you read her book? I found it fascinating to say the least and felt as though she was the first politician that I could actually trust.

I'm not at all sure I would like Martha, but I have great respect for her abilities, her intelligence, and her accomplishments. As for the reference to her prison time, she did nothing countless men have done, without censor or penalty. She was gleefully punished, she took it on the chin, she never lost her dignity, and she came out stronger than before.
Sarah Palin loves to make herself a victim, is proud of her ignorance and would willfully risk the world for a position of power.
