Captain Crazy sure does fit her profile. I called her office a few weeks back and asked the aide if she had a brain or rocks for brains? I told her I was shocked by some of her comments and I thought the woman was downright bitshit. I told her to please continue to put her out front she only helps the democrats.

McCain is a traitor for one thing and that was not opening up memo's of missing VN era prisoners of war. He belittle people who came before his committee requesting them to open up the secret files. He denied that. Why did he do that? What is he hiding? Yes he did get privileges because his daddy was a general. McCain graduated at the bottom of his class and he was a hot doggier with planes. Mr Macho had 2 mishaps that were preventable but he was a show off. Had it been any other pilot they would have been drummed out of flying. I respect his service. But please lets not disregard what he did. He also wasn't an officer and a gentleman when he came home from the war. What he did to his first wife wasn't right. He has admitted to that, but it doesn't change the facts.

Look, I currently work with a chic who used to be an aide on the Hill. She is the most competitive, loose-cannon I've met in my nearly 40 years of employment. She's has an insatiable need for recognition, and she's the last person anyone, including the supervisors, want to see headed their way. Moreover, she a southerner ~ yuck; from Kentucky ~ double yuck!! She ablond-light-headed, former scheduler. Exactly, she has a resume' that basically states that she's an ass-kisser ~ how sad for her. I've written all this to stress a point. Anyone stupid and lacking enough to kiss a politician's behind, is not in position upon leaving to talk negatively. Their all in the same boat; the same frame of mine. These are the lethal employees, those who will cut throats, stab backs, and do it all with a smile if it means getting the attention of the person in power. Nobody wants to work with this person ~ sad.

I agree with just about all you've said.

HOWEVER, even though I despise Mr. McCain's politics, he did serve faithfully, and was accorded no special privileges, unless you count being tortured and crippled a privilege.

Slam idiots with the truth, not gossip and slander, else you join them in their idiocy.

Not dumb, precisely. Bitter, hateful, pitious, and pathetic, yes.
But he did successfully hijack the comments section again.
The thing is, he will not offer any reasoned argument, but instead seeks to inflame with lies that contain just a tiny grain of truth. I, sadly, have been drawn into fruitless argument with this person. There's no acceptance of fact or reason in him. He's basically a failure at being a civilized human.
After this, I believe I'll just retch without responding to this sad throwback to the Jim Crow era. I believe ignoring him is the kindest, most sensible approach, as reason simply will not penetrate that thick skull, nor fill the void that lies within it.
