Limbaugh: We need segregated buses

In a remark extraordinary even by the standards of conservative talk show host Rush Limbaugh, the right-wing radio heavyweight declared on his program Wednesday that the United States needed to return to racially segregated buses.
Referring to an incident in which a white student was beaten by black students on a bus, Limbaugh said: “I think the guy’s wrong. I think not only it was racism, it was justifiable racism. I mean, that’s the lesson we’re being taught here today. Kid shouldn’t have been on the bus anyway. We need segregated buses — it was invading space and stuff. This is Obama’s America.”

Limbaugh’s comments came after a called complained to say that local law enforcement said the attack probably wasn’t racially motivated. The incident had been hyped by the conservative Drudge Report, which posted a video of the fracas.
“Police initially said the beating of the white student by two black students appeared to be racially motivated,” the Associated Press wrote. “But police on Tuesday backed away from that.”
That didn’t stop Limbaugh from making his comments Wednesday.
“In Obama’s America, the white kids now get beat up with the black kids cheering, ‘Yay, right on, right on, right on, right on,” Limbaugh also said. “I wonder if Obama’s going to come to come to the defense of the assailants the way he did his friend Skip Gates up there at Harvard.”
“White Americans are racists who have created what they call free markets that really just enslave the rest of America and her trading partners,” Limbaugh also mocked. “I mean, it was white Americans that ran off Van Jones. No, look, let’s just follow Eric Holder’s advice and not be cowards about all this. Let’s have an open conversation, an honest conversation about all of our typical white grandmothers. You had one, I had one. Obama had one. They’re racists just like our students are. ACORN — hey, nothing but racism fueling the pursuit of ACORN.”
Limbaugh also suggested that racism itself was acceptable.
“If homosexuality being inborn is what makes it acceptable, why does racism being inborn not make racism acceptable?” the talk show host asked. “I’m sorry — I mean, this is the way my mind works. But apparently now we don’t choose racism, we just are racists. We are born that way. We don’t choose it. So shouldn’t it be acceptable, excuse — this is according to the way the left thinks about things.”

According to my friend, we should give Limbaugh what he wants. Immediately, he should be seized and put into a plastic bag, sealed and thrown into an obese garbage bin marked “BIODEGRADABLE.” He should be segregated from the rest of us. He is irrelevant, stupid, conceited. It is a pity that his second childhood came too early.
Yes to segregation. Segregate Rush Limbaugh from the rest of civilization!
It wouldn’t be so bad if it were just Limbaugh - but this guy has a huge following - people who agree with him!
Those people ran our country under the Republican banner for years, getting us into immoral, pre-emptive wars, torture and so many Nazi-like things.

Limbaugh makes no goddamned sense at all. What the hell is he even trying to say?! None of it jibes with the rest, it’s all screwed-up. Man, if I had what he’s smokin’, we’d all be higher than eleventy-twelve muthas.
I got the snot beat out of me by 3 black boys when I was in the 3rd grade.
This is when Bush Sr. was in office..
I was hospitalized & still have problems to this day (migraines, vision problems, pain associated with my injuries). Since I was smaller than the boys, & a quiet loner.. and female, I was an easy target.
Nothing happened to them (well, they all ended up in and out of jail for most of their teenage and adult lives, one got shot for selling drugs - but that’s not associated to the incident). I got suspended from school for fighting.. They wrote me up while I was unconscious and bleeding from the head in the nurses’ office. The boys (who were held back a few grades and older than me by at least 2 years) got off squeaky clean. Racism only went one way back then - white vs non white. Hate crimes weren’t defined yet.
So how is a white kid getting beat up by black kids an Obama problem?

Seriously….. It was so obvious Rush was being facetious based on the current environment. If you read the article and not just the headline, you will notice the writer ‘does’ eventually let it leak out that Rush was not serious. The article was intended to fuel the leftwing fire on purpose. In addition, Rush was mocking statements made by those on the left that racism is ‘inborn’. Not only is that just a stupid theory, it is typical of the left to make such an inane statement. Thus the comment that if homosexuality is inborn and we are told it is normal and good then one could argue the same with racism being inborn. How about while spewing your hatred, that you at least apply it when applicable.
This is so lame.
Rush was using sarcasm when he said this. I was listening the day he said it.

If you took everything your messiah Obama said literally, you’d find plenty of racist, outrageous things he said too.

Belleville, Il is five miles away from my hometown. I have family that live there now. My niece and nephew are students at that school. When I first saw the video, my first thoughts were please God do not let me see my nephew in the video. Both my sisters and their fathers do a great job at raising them. We all talk to them about walking away from nonsense like this. My niece called me a said Auntie it was a hate crime. She told me that fights are breaking out at the mall. All this race mess started during the election last year now it has elevated to this. We need to stop being African American, Latino American and etc and just be Americans. I remember when blacks were not welcome in Belleville but in the last ten or so years a lot had change. We are now back at square one.
Now this Saturday
