Feinstein: CIA program was ‘outside the law’

U.S. Senator Diane Feinstein (D-CA), during an interview with Fox News host Chris Wallace, expressed her displeasure with the prior administration for reportedly hiding one of its counter-terror programs “outside the law” and away from congressional oversight.
“I think you weaken your case when you go outside the law,” she said on Sunday morning, speaking opposite of Sen. John Cornyn (R-TX).
“I think that if the intelligence committees had been briefed, they could have watched the program, they could have asked for regular reports on the program, they could have made judgments about the program as it went along,” she said. “That was not the case because we were kept in the dark. That’s something that should never, ever happen again.”

As a former Intelligence community worker working for Science Applications International Corporation I’ve come under covert-overt attack by the National Security Apparatus for whistle-blowing that the office I worked in located at Dulles, VA right beside the airport for Science Applications International Corporation was empty on the morning of the 11th of September 2001.
Since leaving Science Applications International Corporation I’ve been under constant surveillance, constant harassment by the U.S. Government, its agency’s and Science Application International Corporation.
The Ominous Parallels website discusses the specifics concerning these covert types of harassment - active measures that I’ve been exposed to and have experienced; moreover, the specifics of how these operations work.
For emphasis, this includes methodologies of psychological torture via direct energy weapons and covert operations. Philippe Sands book titled “The Torture Team” is profound as it speaks to these methodologies that I have experienced as a TI.
As a TI I know that the torture at Guantanamo Bay and Abu Ghraib are a “by-product” of something much more sinister that is going on in our world. My hope is that one day these programs will be exposed and to that end The Ominous Parallels website seeks to educate the public about these kinds of weapons, operations, players and the effect it is having on our world.
More important is how the inhumane actions of our government parallels that of Nazi Germany between 1933 - 1945.

Look at the US National Debt at 11 Trillion dollars and ask did any Law Maker know how it got that high. Clinton left the National Debt as 5 Trillion plus a Balanced budget with a surplus. Bush was in office six weeks and the surplus was gone. From Jan. 20, 2001 the plan was to wipe out the US Treasury and bring as much debt to the future generations as possible and then blame it on President Obama. Looks like the plan is working very well.

Of course the CIA program was outside the law. It was created by Cheney’s government within the government which was outside of the law. Remember Dick Cheney indicated his office was technically not part of the Executive branch, nor part the Legislative branch? And that it was not answerable to either? Yet Cheney told the CIA and NSA what to do.
Then we found out the CIA was spying on Congress members for this secret 4th branch of government. I’m glad they are looking into this rather than hiding from it by saying, “we need to look forward not backward”, or using other cowardly cop-outs.
