Biden: ‘Real doubt’ about Iran’s presidential election

US Vice President Joe Biden said Sunday there was “an awful lot of doubt” about the outcome of the Iranian elections in which President Mahmoud Ahmedinejad was declared the winner.
In an interview with NBC television, Biden refrained from saying whether the United States accepted the results of the Iranian elections announced in Tehran.
“There is an awful lot of doubt” about the results of the vote and the United States would analyze them before commenting, he said.
“We don’t have all of the details. It looks like the way they’re suppressing speech, the way they’re suppressing crowds, the way in which people are being treated — there is some real doubt about that,” the vice-president said.

Come on Joe. Really? A country whose election process may have flaws? In case you didn’t get the Gore v Bush decision…. Flaws are everywhere and its not enough to reverse an election.

The fact that he’s interested makes me think the the U.S. is behind the scenes baiting violence like they like to do with others elections when they want control.

We don’t need to suppress speech here, our leaders can lie to our face, explain to us how they just lied to our face and America will just get a little confused and go back to American Idol or whatever, support the troop another 9 years and don’t you dare say otherwise or we’ll have a little honor tantrum; they need a job too. Fuck the troops, fuck the baton wielding pigs in Theran and Seattle or wherever, they’re all the same group of fucking assholes.
We went to war on a lie many years ago, we were cheated into war and hundreds of thousands of innocent civilians were cheated out of their lives and as it continues we sit by as civilians ourselves and do nothing but blather about everything except the war.
There’s a reason American radio broadcasting in foreign languages run commercials for the CIA seeking speakers of Russian, Chinese and Farsi.
Should the manipulated election results in Iran put a hold on the Obama administration from reaching out?
